MAX Factor sold in Target or Wal Mart is a very good brand. Not verrrrry cheap but cheap none the less. It has the quality of name brand make up. I love it and the colors are hot, like bright and the pigment is great. Good luck! **Wheres a good place to get nice cheap eyeshadow?
Nyx cosmetics has really great eyeshadows for really good prices, some people compare there eyeshadows to Mac eyeshadows I don't know if they are that good but they are still really really nice and you can get them at Ulta or you can get them at Cherryculture.com or their website

If you have a credit card go to ebay and type manly eyecolor palette it has 120 eyeshadows in it and it's like 20 something dollars, it's really good eyeshadow and it has all the colors you will ever need.
Other than drugstores, I really recommend ELF (Eyes Lips Face) mineral eyeshadow. They're $3 each and have bright colours. I love them!
Definatly walmart.
or kmart
or target
or rite aid
or its a lil more expensive.. but walgreens love it!
or safeway.. i know its wierd but they have make up there too! :)
Anywhere that carries Wet 'N Wild. Its cheap and good quality! Walgreens, Rite Aid, and most supermarkets carry it.
i saw a whole palette of eyeshadow with every color imaginable at 'Claires'. it was under 5 dollars
Go to your chimney and rub your finger on the upper walls. Use that to add a nice smokey color to your eyes.
Walmart, Kmart, Target, Walgreens, Cvs, Rite Aid.
remember you get what you pay for.. MAC isnt that expensive..
The Dollar Store...
