it doesn't matter what colour top you are wearing. don't match your make up with your outfit. you have to do your eye make up so it compliments your eyes. I suggest just doing browns and tans cause it's school you don't need an outrageous look. natural is always better. also try some pale pinks or light purples.
Since you have blue eyes, I would say go with a peachy and orangey gold colors! since you are wearing orange it coordinates with the color of your shirt and Orange toned anything makes blue eyes POP! hello fabulous and pretty girl at picture day! rawr!
