I'm looking for a new eyeshadow, what color should I get to complement my eyes?

I'm not even really sure what color my eyes are. They are greenish, bluish, but more green. What color would make them pop? Any specific type you care to recommend?

Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice.

Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters.

Dark purples, plums and metallics work too. Coppers and golds will make a really glamorous evening look for makeup tips for green eyes. I personally really like the way deep purples look with dark green eyes.

Colors To Avoid

When you're learning makeup tips for green eyes, it also helps to know what colors you might want to avoid.

First up, blues. Any color of blue doesn't do green eyes justice. I would recommend avoiding light blues, dark blues and even some colors (purples or pinks) with blue undertones.

Pinks are also a hard color to judge. Some can look really, really good and others can look really, really bad. This is usually a matter of trial and error.

Silvers are not a good choice either. Leave them for the blue eyes.I'm looking for a new eyeshadow, what color should I get to complement my eyes?
you should get a very light brown, almost tan, that will make the blue and green in your hazel eyes POP
more eye liner, eye brow pencil on the eye brows, and try a 3 shade eye shadow, try brown. MAC. also try a brown shade of lip stick. go to a mac store.
Get some purples and browns or some yellow!

There really fun colors, but get them in matte (no sparkley stuff) and they're make your eyes look amazing.

Hope I helped.

:)
I think the way you have your make-up on now is great, and your eyes are beautiful, that is the first thing i noticed so obviously the way you now apply your make-up makes them stand out
it depend what color eyes you have
i really like the color you are wearing
I use a lot of earth tones myself. I'm naturally blonde %26amp; have hazel eyes. Here's something to help. Maybe pick the brightest color in your eyes %26amp; frame them with a pale version of the same color. You'd probably look hot! My goth side comes out in the winter when I die my hair black %26amp; use thin black liner. It really makes my eyes pop. Bottom line is HAVE FUN WITH YOUR LOOK!
omg i had the same question and my eyes are a simlar color. good eyeshadow colors include nude and gold, lots of shimmer!
a light brown or charcoal Gray from almay
i would recomend this compact of eyeshadow by maybelline, its called seashore frosts, it contains a light pink, and matte, slightly muted our virsions of spahire, emerald and amathist, i think they look better muted out because now you can wear them during the day.
idk bout eyeshadow but if you have greenish blueish eyes u probably want to pick out a greenish blueish eyeliner because when people with blue eyes where blue eyeliner it makes them pop
To make them more blue- soft, light nudes, browns, golds...but really soft and light. darker brown shadow to define with brown or brown/black liner and mascara.

To vear towards the greener shades for eyes- little more towards browns and golds rich in color (example which also works great for recommendation- ';rose gold'; by Bobbi Brown. To define, use a super dark green. My personal fave that I am obsessed with: ';ivy'; by Bobbi Brown. It's almost a deep brown/dark dark grey, but it's green. You can't tell when you put it on that its green, but it has green undertones that bring out the green hue in your eyes.

I have the same kind of eyes so it kind of depends on my mood, or my outfit chooses my makeup so I don't get to pick the shades....I always make sure to incorporate light browns or golds even when I'm going with black and silver because the brown (warmer colors) make my eyes pop and look amazing.
You are beautiful just the way you are
Golds, Browns and deep greens....you are very pretty!
i think a nice torquois blue would look cute highlightes with a lite blue then a silver................... good luck
use purple to make your eyes look really green.
A light purple or maybe a light pink
hazel eyes, any pale pastel color will look great,

specially green abd blue
Try marykay.com and then you can probably buy any color you want off ebay. Good-luck. :)
pretty eyes! i think a medium goldish brown would look great on you. although that looks sorta like what you have on there maybe. if so, it looks good.

maybe a plum otherwise...?
Well, in that picture they're very green and I think purple (try light, shimmery, pastel purples) would make the green pop (and you coud try gold as a highlight color since you have a warm complexion).
Something like gold or bronze would set them of. maybe with a touch of lavender or light blue. lots of shine and shimmer!!!
steamy and trax by mac would look good also anything that is gold and kinda shimmery = ]
purple :]
To make the green stand out: Brownish-pinks, salmon, mauve/purple/plum, dark green.

To make the blue stand out: light shades of browns and purples.

:] Hope I helped!
Golden browns, warm taupes, deep purples, soft peaches and soft violets
