What would be the best colour of : Eyeliner, Mascara and Eyeshadow to make my eyes POP? :)?

My eyes are Grey-Blue, with silver designs in them, and green blotches here and there. Please help :)What would be the best colour of : Eyeliner, Mascara and Eyeshadow to make my eyes POP? :)?
black eyeliner is always nice and classy but only a thin line above the lash; I use liquid liner almost everyday but you need practice to apply it properly. No color mascara except black. Eyeshadow is where you can get creative: blue would work well with purple, greys, silver, a contrast of light eyeshadow with black eyeliner would look nice.What would be the best colour of : Eyeliner, Mascara and Eyeshadow to make my eyes POP? :)?

black is the secret..to make the eyes pop. but yeah ofcourse..the way it was applied also matters..


for eyeliner: i wud say..apply in dots..and smudge it just a little bit..to make it a thick-line with lighter shade..





it would look best if ur eyebrow-hair-color is black as well..
you want the oposite color so i sugest bronze shadow and black mascara and maybe a charcol grey liner to bring out the silver. play around with colors to find what you like. a pale pink always works as well.
Green shadow will make your eyes pop.


I'd suggest looking at the Bed Head Cyperoptics line, they have a really nice shimmer to their shadows and are long lasting. Your skin color does play a part in it as well - so remember less is more. Slightly and slowly apply the shadow on your lids until you get the desired effect .
