yea. wet 'n wild has these eyeshadow kits that come with three diff. types of brown-ish tones. i hav brown eyes too(actually, theyre hazel) and my eyes really stand out when i use it. hope this helps!Does anyone know of a cool toned brown eyeshadow that really makes brown eyes pop?
It depends on the shade of your eyes. Light brown will make dark eyes pop and there really is no excellent brown eye shadow for lighter brown eyes.

A great eyeshadow would be MAC Handwritten. However, if you're on a budget, you can buy Covergirl eyeshadows. I prefer Loreal Hip, though because they last throughout the day and really bring out the eyes.
